We believe everyone deserves access to the healing benefits of better over-all wellness through fitness, yoga and mindfulness. These life enhancing tools empower us with knowledge and experience that we can draw from the rest of our lives.
We look forward to providing individuals in the community with the opportunities and support that will inspire them to transform their lives in positive ways by being able to find inner-calmness in challenging situations, feeling healthier both physically and emotionally, and an over-felling of balance in their lives. This can help lead those to find a sense of individual purpose and inherent vitality.

Beth Duren Bochicchio
Founding Director & Event Coordinator
Beth is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) who completed her yoga teacher training at Bloom Yoga Fitness Studios in Southington, CT. She has also completed Restorative training under the direction of Jillian Pransky and is a certified Les Mills Body Flow instructor.
Beth believes in making yoga accessible to a wide range of people by respecting the uniqueness of each person. Her classes are based on Vinyasa flow yoga, using movement to safely warm up the muscles and joints, integrated with the breath to help the body and mind to relax and focus. Through guidance and encouragement she likes to lead her class through sequences to make them feel more at home in their body becoming stronger, more flexible, and empowered.
Beth is dedicated to being a forever student of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. She finds it a great joy and privilege to be able to share her love of yoga with you.
